So I've been thinking a bit, 'cause lately I've had the time to do so. And being the over optimisticly cheerful person I am, I compiled a list of all the little things I like. In my head of course, and over time. Now this isn't a complete list, but I'll start off with a few of the little things that make me smile from day to day.
The first thing that you must know about a person like me is that I fantasize, and most likely more than the average person. While in reality I'm writing papers (or postponing them with blog posts), doing homework and going about the typical college student livelihood; this entire time I'm engaged in a fantasy world in my head that just keeps growing and growing day to day.
In the little world in my head, I live in a treehouse where the architecture weaves around the tree as if it has been there from the moment the tree took seed. I sleep in a woven hammock with hand-made quilts and soft cushions are scattered about in a comfortable looking manner, teasing me during even the most intriguing of classes. The building is lit by lights hanging in mason jars from the ceiling, there are flowerbeds at the windowsills, vibrant with their very existence, let alone the colors they possess. Little terrariums are scattered about naturally on old wooden furniture, which itself is uneven in the most perfect of ways. Every little thing in this world has it's place, from acorn caps to the grain of the floor boards.
This is my happy place, the place to which I escape even when escape is unnecessary. This blog will be about the little tidbits that build up in my head that make my fantasy exactly what I wish it to be. I don't care if anyone reads this. This blog is merely for my own personal satisfaction of being able to record something which I wish to one day accomplish.
Posted are a few pictures which I've collected from my escapades on the internet as of late, which fill me to the core with inspiration. I hope they do the same for you.
